124 — should show error when filling negative value in soupis item

Description

Entering a negative value for a soupis item triggers an error and is not persisted.

Preconditions

• Clean database
• User logged in with ADMIN and ACCOUNTING roles
• Excel file with budget data available
• Project, budget and budget sheet created (from Excel, range B23:G58)
• Empty soupis Leden 2025 available on the budget sheet

Steps

1. Attempt to fill Ochrana stávajících konstr with -1 — Expected: Error shown; Escape aborts
2. Cell value — Expected: Remains initial
