128 — should delete all soupises and verify zeros in budget sheet

Description

After clearing and deleting every soupis, all budget sheet items and the summary reset to zero.

Preconditions

  • Clean database
  • User logged in with ADMIN and ACCOUNTING roles
  • Excel file with budget data available
  • Project, budget and budget sheet created (from Excel, range B23:G58)
  • Two filled soupises exist

Steps

  1. Clear and delete Únor 2025 — Expected: Únor removed; Leden remains
  2. Clear and delete Leden 2025 — Expected: All soupises removed
  3. Budget sheet summary — Expected: 146 000,01 Kč / 0,00 % / 0,00 Kč; all items 0 %
