129 — should not save value when refreshing during edit

Description

Refreshing the page during an in-progress item edit (no Enter pressed) discards the typed value.

Preconditions

• Clean database
• User logged in with ADMIN and ACCOUNTING roles
• Excel file with budget data available
• Project, budget and budget sheet created (from Excel, range B23:G58)
• Empty soupis Leden 2025 available on the budget sheet

Steps

1. Capture initial cell value — Expected: Empty
2. Type 1 without pressing Enter — Expected: Cell shows typed value in edit mode
3. Refresh page — Expected: Cell reverts to initial
